Hours of Operation

 

Fall/Winter Office Hours

Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We close daily for lunch from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m.

All other times by appointment only.

 

Holiday Office Closure

Our office will be closed for the Holidays from December 23 to January 1.

We will reopen on January 2 at 9:00 a.m.

During the holiday closure, we will not be checking voice mail messages or responding to email.

If you have a time-sensitive matter, please speak with your lawyer directly. We will do our best to accommodate. 

 

We observe and close for all statutory holidays.

 

Legal Aid Ontario Certificates

We are not currently accepting any Legal Aid Ontario Certificates. However, we do accept a limited number of clients on a reduced scale for services depending on professional availability.

 

Methods of Payment

We accept personal cheque, bank draft/cheque, and Interac e-Transfer. We do not accept cash.

 

Communications with our firm

Please note that any exchange of email correspondence or telephone communications with our firm are informational only. You will not be considered a client until the firm has agreed to act for you in accordance with our usual policies for the acceptance of new clients. Further information about these procedures can be found under the Terms of Use/Legal Disclaimer section of this website. No action with regard to your particular matter should be taken until you have first sought full legal or professional advice from a lawyer fully retained to act on your behalf.

 

Free parking is available at the rear of the building in the parking lot. We are also accessible by public transit and the ION Light Rail stop "Kitchener Market".

 

Our firm and building are wheelchair accessible with an elevator. If you require any mobility and accessibility accommodations, please notify our office at the time of scheduling an appointment.
